Dia de Mia Vol. 1 No. 5

Mia is 5 weeks old today. She's had a great week. She's starting to coo a little bit and to track objects and people with her eyes. Her favorite pastimes for this week are: hanging out in her crib with her stuffed animals, stretching, peeing on the changing table just after we remove the diaper (no matter how long we wait), sitting in her bouncer chair, dancing with mommy when she's fussy (she really likes the salsa and reggae music channels- or maybe mommy does) and avoiding sleeping in her pack n' play at night no matter how hard mommy and daddy try! She told us that she wants to be a scuba diver when she grows up and has already started her training. (see below)She is so very excited to meet her cool cousin Laura this week. We can't wait to see her!!! Other visitors to come include: Bob, Kari and Doug... who's next?
